"I have been using this meditation book for a few weeks now and am impressed with the impact it is having. My 10 year old son was having trouble settling at night due to a range of reasons, from stressing about school life, worrying about things outside of his control and generally over thinking life.
We have included the stories in his bedtime routine. He has enjoyed the stories, particularly when we substituted his name in all of them. He insisted that it was not initially having any impact, but every night insists on having his meditation session. On occasion, we have made up our own story as the pattern is easy to follow. Bedtimes have become less stressful and my son if definitely more able to switch his brain off at bedtime and relax enough to get to sleep without calling down every night and the deflections we were experiencing.
I would thoroughly recommend trying these stories, in a range of different ways. They can only have a positive impact."
